Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on most repairs, covering defects in parts and workmanship. The following terms apply:

What Our Warranty Covers:

Defective Parts – If the part we installed is faulty or malfunctions under normal use, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Workmanship Issues – If the repair was not performed correctly and results in functionality issues, we will fix it for free.

Battery Warranty – Battery replacements come with a 30-day warranty against defects (not including normal wear and tear).

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:

Physical Damage – Any cracks, drops, or physical damage after repair will void the warranty. Water or Liquid Damage – Any liquid exposure after repair voids the warranty.

Tampering – If the device has been opened, serviced, or tampered with by another party after our repair, the warranty is void.

Software Issues – Our warranty does not cover software-related issues, updates, or resets.

How to Claim Your Warranty:

  • Bring your original receipt and device to our store.
  • The issue must be related to our repair service.
  • Our technicians will inspect the device and determine if it qualifies for a warranty claim.

Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but all repair services are non-refundable due to the nature of our work. However, we do offer the following resolutions:

If we are unable to complete a repair, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

If a replacement part is defective, we will replace it under our warranty terms at no extra cost. Refunds are not provided for diagnostic fees or labor costs.

Accessories and products sold at Phone Chek are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges unless defective at the time of purchase.
