1. General
Phone Chek provides cellphone repair services, parts, accessories, and prepaid mobile services. By using our website or purchasing products, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Services
We sell:
- Cellphone repair parts (screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.)
- Accessories (cases, chargers, cables)
- Prepaid mobile plans and activations
All products are intended for professional use or experienced users.
3. No Installation of Customer-Supplied Parts
Phone Chek does not install parts supplied by customers. We only install parts provided by our store to ensure quality and warranty coverage.
4. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in CAD and do not include applicable taxes (HST)
- Orders must be paid in full before processing
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock issues
5. Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1 business day
- Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier
- Untracked shipping (if selected) is at the customer’s risk
- High-value items may require signature upon delivery
Phone Chek is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for unused and uninstalled items
- Installed or damaged parts are non-refundable
- Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery
- A valid receipt is required for all returns
A restocking fee may apply (up to 20–30%).
7. Warranty Policy
- Warranty applies only to parts installed by Phone Chek
- Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Improper installation
- Customer misuse
A valid receipt is mandatory for all warranty claims. No exceptions.
8. Repair Services Disclaimer
- Some repairs require opening the device, which may affect water resistance
- Not all devices are repairable
- Phone Chek is not responsible for pre-existing issues
Customers will be informed before proceeding with repairs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Phone Chek is not liable for:
- Data loss
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Device failure after repair due to unrelated issues
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.
10. Privacy
Customer information is handled according to our privacy policy. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
